Shipping (Car Delivery) Policy

Punjab Wedding Cars provides rental car services with a professional driver for weddings and special events. All bookings include the vehicle with an assigned driver for the duration of the rental.

  1. Service Delivery:

    Upon confirmation of booking and successful payment, the rented vehicle and driver will be delivered to the customer at the exact date, time, and location specified during booking.

  2. Timeliness:

    We strive to ensure punctual delivery. In the event of delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, Punjab Wedding Cars will promptly notify the customer and take reasonable steps to minimize inconvenience.

  3. Delivery Confirmation:

    A confirmation message or call will be provided prior to dispatch and upon vehicle arrival at the customer’s specified location.

Exchange Policy

  1. Booking Changes:

    Customers may request a change in vehicle model, timing, or location only up to 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. All change requests are subject to:

    • Confirmation by Punjab Wedding Cars, and
    • Availability of the requested alternate vehicle.
  2. Vehicle Replacement by Punjab Wedding Cars:

    If the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure or other reasons on our side, we will provide a similar or upgraded vehicle (with driver) at no additional cost. If a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be processed in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  3. No-Show by Customer:

    If the customer is not present at the agreed location within 30 minutes of the scheduled reporting time, Punjab Wedding Cars will attempt to contact the customer. If there is no response within 30 minutes, the booking will be considered utilized and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all customer-initiated cancellations and company-initiated cancellations. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the contact channels listed below.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  1. More than 60 days before the booking date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded (after deducting applicable processing charges).
  2. Between 30 to 60 days before the booking date: 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded (after deducting applicable processing charges).
  3. Within 30 days of the booking date: No refund will be issued.
  4. Within 7 days of the booking date: The full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be provided.
  5. No-Show: If the customer is not present at the location within 30 minutes of the scheduled reporting time, the booking will be considered utilized and no refund will be processed.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If Punjab Wedding Cars is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (for example mechanical breakdown, emergency, or unavailability of the assigned vehicle/driver), we will:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The actual timeline may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times.

Payment gateway fees, convenience charges, and any special customization costs (such as decorations or bespoke arrangements) are non-refundable.
