This policy applies to all customer-initiated cancellations and company-initiated cancellations for bookings made through our website, mobile app, phone, or WhatsApp. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the contact channels listed below.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Refunds depend on how far in advance of the booking date you cancel:

* After deducting applicable processing charges.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Punjab Wedding Cars is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (for example mechanical breakdown, emergency, or unavailability of the assigned vehicle/driver), we will:
- Provide a similar or upgraded vehicle (with driver) at no additional cost, or
- If no suitable replacement is available, issue a 100% refund of the booking amount.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The actual timeline may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Payment gateway fees, convenience charges, and any special customization costs (such as decorations or bespoke arrangements) are non-refundable.
