Punjab Wedding Cars is committed to providing reliable, punctual and professional wedding car rental services. This Shipping & Exchange Policy explains how our vehicle delivery (shipping) and exchange processes work for bookings made via our app or website.
1. Shipping (Vehicle Delivery) Policy
Service with professional driver: All vehicle rentals are provided with an experienced professional driver for the duration of the hire.
Exact date & time delivery: Upon successful booking and payment, the reserved vehicle and assigned driver will be delivered to the customer at the exact date, time and location specified in the booking.
Punctuality: We strive to arrive at or before the scheduled time. In case of unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, mechanical issues), we will endeavour to notify the customer as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise inconvenience.
Delivery confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation message or call prior to dispatch and upon the vehicle's arrival at the specified location.
2. Exchange Policy
Change requests: Customers may request changes to the vehicle model, timing, or location only up to 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Any such request requires explicit confirmation by Punjab Wedding Cars and is subject to availability of the requested alternate vehicle.
Vehicle replacement by Punjab Wedding Cars: If the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances on our side, we will provide a similar or upgraded vehicle (with driver) at no additional cost. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.
No-show by customer: If the customer is not present at the specified location and time, our team will attempt to contact them. If there is no response within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the booking will be considered utilised and no refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
