This Shipping & Exchange Policy explains how vehicle delivery (“shipping”), exchange, and replacement procedures work for bookings made through our website or mobile app.
1. Vehicle Delivery (Shipping) Policy
Chauffeur-driven service only: All luxury and premium cars are supplied with trained professional drivers.
Guaranteed delivery time: The booked car will arrive at the exact date, time, and pickup location selected during booking.
Live confirmation: Customers receive a call/SMS/WhatsApp before dispatch and on arrival.
Delay handling: In rare cases (traffic, roadblocks, weather), our team will notify you instantly to minimise inconvenience.
2. Exchange & Replacement Policy
Customer-requested changes: Date, car model, or location updates are allowed up to
30 days before your event, depending on availability.
Replacement by Punjab Wedding Cars: If the originally booked car becomes unavailable, we will provide a
similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge.
No-show policy: If the customer is unavailable for more than 30 minutes at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered used.
